Habitando is an app for those who rent out and those who live in. Landlords and tenants get everything they need in one place: properties, leases, rent, documents and messages.

Sign-up is instant and free. Downloading and using the app costs nothing.
Where can I download the app?
The Habitando app is available for iOS on the App Store and for Android on Google Play.
I’m a landlord. What can I do in the app?
Organise flats, houses and shops, let or for sale; see the status of every rent and every lease; keep dates, deposit, payments and documents; and invite your tenants.
How do I invite my tenant?
From the property, send the invite by email. Your tenant joins with their own account and sees the property and lease details you share.
I’m a tenant. What is the app for?
Your rent, deposit, documents and lease summary are always available, and you can talk directly to your landlord by chat.
How do I talk to my landlord or tenant?
Through the chat in the app. The conversation stays with the property it is about, with no email chains or missed calls.
Can I request home services?
Yes. Plumbing, electrical work, cleaning or babysitting: describe what you need, add the address and send your request. Requests are handled by Fixando.
Can I put my home up for sale through the app?
You can send a sale request with your asking price without leaving the app. With your permission, the request goes to Imovendo.
Is my data secure?
Access to the app is protected with PIN and biometrics, and you have full control of your account. See how we handle your data in the Privacy policy.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile > Account & Security > Delete account. You can also ask by email. See every step on Delete account.
